What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude — you’ll be the friendly face everyone remembers.
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries with clarity and patience, both in person and over the phone.
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring the daily calendar runs like clockwork.
  • Assisting patients with registration forms and guiding them through check-in processes.
  • Coordinating with medical staff to pass on important information smoothly and accurately.
  • Managing records and basic data entry — attention to detail is key, but don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes.
  • Supporting the customer service desk by resolving patient questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Occasionally helping with translations or guiding non-native speakers (a smile goes a long way here).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)
