What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude — you’ll be the friendly face everyone remembers.
- Answering phone calls and handling inquiries with clarity and patience, both in person and over the phone.
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring the daily calendar runs like clockwork.
- Assisting patients with registration forms and guiding them through check-in processes.
- Coordinating with medical staff to pass on important information smoothly and accurately.
- Managing records and basic data entry — attention to detail is key, but don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes.
- Supporting the customer service desk by resolving patient questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Occasionally helping with translations or guiding non-native speakers (a smile goes a long way here).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Good communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)

- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

- Valid UAE residency (must be inside the UAE to apply).
- Willingness to work shifts, including some weekends.
