What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every customer and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and a dash of Dubai charm.
- Managing the front desk, including handling inquiries (in person, phone, and email) and directing guests to the right departments.
- Resolving basic customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented attitude—you’re never flustered!
- Keeping records updated, from visitor logs to appointment schedules.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, from document prep to daily reports.
- Being the go-to source of information for any Centrepoint-related questions, big or small.
- Maintaining a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong spoken and written English—you know how to put people at ease, even on a busy day.
- Friendly communication style, quick with a smile and a solution.
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and courteous, even during busy rush hours.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role is a big plus.
- Comfort with basic computer systems—Microsoft Office, email, maybe even a few CRM basics.
- Currently inside the UAE and ready for a new work home.
