What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet clients and visitors with a genuine smile, ensuring every guest feels welcome and at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and in-person inquiries, directing them efficiently while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone.
- Manage client bookings—whether that’s scheduling appointments, confirming details, or adjusting timings with a can-do attitude.
- Process payment transactions accurately and securely, always maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and professional—first impressions matter!
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve day-to-day challenges and ensure smooth office operations.
- Occasionally pitch in with administrative support, from filing to preparing simple reports, as needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within a busy office or client-facing environment.
