About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Join Our Team as a Receptionist & Facial Therapist

Looking for your next step in the beauty industry? If you’ve ever found joy in welcoming guests, weaving magic with your salon skills, or sharing beauty tips online, this opportunity might feel tailor-made for you. We're searching for experienced salon professionals who are just as comfortable greeting clients as they are with a pot of wax or a hearty Instagram caption. Based near Abu Dhabi’s bustling Al Wahda Mall, this role is perfect for someone ready to grow with a close-knit team who values expertise — and a good sense of humor.

About Us

Think of us as your favorite neighborhood salon — but with a twist. Our clients don’t just stop by for a trim or a quick facial; they come for an experience, a chat, and a bit of self-care that sets the tone for their week. Our team is a friendly bunch always eager to learn, laugh, and support one another. We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming space, where “regulars” become friends and every day brings new faces (and hairstyles!). Our work reflects our passion for the craft, and we love a team member who brings fresh ideas — especially if you’re a pro at capturing those crystal-clear before-and-afters for social media.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet clients with professionalism and genuine warmth as the face of our salon.
  • Manage appointments and client schedules using our easy-to-learn booking system.
  • Showcase your expertise in facial therapy: Perform a variety of facials suited to different skin types, with confidence and skill.
  • Offer specialized hair spa and threading services, always tailored to individual client needs.
  • Promote our services on social media — snap, post, and engage in a way that feels natural, not forced.
  • Support the day-to-day flow of the salon — keep the energy high and the workspace sparkling.
  • Occasionally, pitch in with product recommendations — sharing the “why” behind your favorites.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Prior salon experience in the UAE (you know the pace, the standards, and what clients expect).
  • Skilled in facial treatments (variety is key — show us your range!).
  • Confident with hair spa techniques and threading.
  • Comfortable handling reception duties and client interactions.
  • Practical knowledge of how to represent a salon beautifully on social media.
  • Currently holding a valid visa (preferred).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with local beauty trends.
  • A knack for upselling or gently steering clients toward new treatments.
  • Multilingual abilities — we love to greet clients in their own language.

Not sure you tick every single box? If you have most of the experience and think you'd mesh with our team’s spirit, don’t hesitate — we’d love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation based on your experience and skills.
  • Friendly, inclusive environment where mutual support is just as important as technical talent.
  • Opportunities to learn new techniques — we believe in growing together.
  • Convenient location near Al Wahda Mall (easy commute and lunch options galore).
  • A culture that celebrates creativity — your social media savvy and fresh ideas truly matter.
  • Work-life balance is respected; we want you at your professional best, not burned out.

Here, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll discover a place to hone your craft alongside colleagues who cheer for one another’s successes. If you’re ready to make clients (and teammates) feel wonderful, let’s chat!

  • Give an example of a time when you had to resolve a misunderstanding with a client or colleague and how you approached it.
  • Our clients come from many backgrounds — are you comfortable welcoming and communicating with people from different cultures or in multiple languages?
  • What attracts you to a neighborhood-style salon like ours, and how do you see yourself fitting into our close-knit team?
  • Learning and sharing new beauty techniques is important here — how do you like to stay updated, and how would you inspire others to learn with you?
