What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and clients with a genuine smile, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed
  • Managing incoming calls and emails — you’ll be our communication maestro, routing inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinating meeting schedules and handling the boardroom like a pro (yes, lots of coffee runs, but also lots of laughs!)
  • Maintaining neat, organized front-of-house and reception areas to reflect our high standards
  • Assisting with the administrative tasks: managing deliveries, logging documents, supporting HR or finance with simple errands
  • Liaising (in both Arabic and English) with vendors, clients, and our internal production team
  • Sometimes pitching in during company events — from set-up to welcoming guests, you’ll be one of the faces people remember

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic — you’ll switch between them effortlessly
  • A personal car, with a valid UAE driving license (occasional errands are part of the fun)
