What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and visitors with a warm, genuine welcome — you’ll be the first impression of our company.
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and a smile you can hear.
- Managing the front desk area to ensure it’s tidy, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Handling incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services — and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Supporting general administrative tasks, from document handling to helping colleagues with ad-hoc requests.
- Keeping security and visitor logs updated, because details matter.
- Jumping in with a helping hand whenever there’s an extra project or event on the calendar.
What You’ll Bring
