About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on being the friendly face and calming voice people first encounter in an organization? We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist who’ll truly own the front desk — someone who isn’t just organized, but genuinely enjoys keeping the day running smoothly for everyone who walks through our doors in Deira, Dubai. In this fast-paced environment, every detail you manage and every greeting you deliver helps set the tone for the entire workplace. Sound like your kind of place?
About the Company
Our team is a tight-knit group based right in the heart of Deira, where energy and ambition are practically part of the local scenery. We’re a company that values professionalism, but not at the cost of warmth. Morning coffee chats, team check-ins, and the occasional spontaneous lunch order are common here—because we know that work should feel both purposeful and welcoming. If you appreciate a workplace where people look out for each other and details matter, you'll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and clients with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Manage all incoming calls and emails, directing queries to the right team member or department without missing a beat.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area (think of it as your own little domain).
- Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Keep track of appointments and meeting room schedules so no one ever double-books.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks — from preparing documents to updating records.
- Support the team with occasional event organization and logistics.

- Confident using computers, Microsoft Office, and email.
- Friendly, patient, and unflappable—especially under pressure!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in Dubai or understanding of local business culture.
- A knack for solving small problems before they become big ones.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
