What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, making them feel welcome from the moment they enter
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries or directing them to the right colleague
- Update and maintain daily office files using Microsoft Excel — think data entry, simple tracking sheets, and basic reports
- Assist with document filings, scanning, and general office organization, keeping everything easy to find
- Support the office manager with day-to-day admin tasks — from ordering supplies to organizing meeting rooms
- Occasionally coordinate messenger services, deliveries, or facility requests
- Be a friendly go-to for team support, whether someone needs help with a printer jam or directions for a visitor
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with solid communication skills (in English; Arabic a plus but not required)
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or similar front-of-house role
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently—basic formulas, tables, and record-keeping
