What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, helpful attitude the moment they arrive
  • Helping guests and clients find their way around our office spaces
  • Announcing guests to the appropriate team members or managers
  • Answering phones professionally and politely, then routing calls to the right people
  • Pitching in with everyday administrative tasks — copying, faxing, taking meeting notes
  • Making travel reservations for staff, ensuring every trip goes off without a hitch
  • Preparing meeting rooms before each gathering — think neat tables, tidy chairs, and all supplies stocked
  • Lending a hand to the administrative team as needed, with an eye for efficiency
