Whether you thrive in fast-paced service, love keeping guests happy, or dream of making your mark as a manager, our soon-to-open spot in BurJuman could be just the next step you’re searching for. Multiple roles are available, so whether you’re early in your hospitality career or ready to steer the ship, we’d love you to consider joining our opening team.

About the Restaurant

Imagine a place where energy buzzes, laughter flows, and every team member plays a part in creating that “wow, I want to come back!” feeling. That’s what we’re building right here in BurJuman. As a new restaurant, we’re shaping our DNA from scratch, which means everyone gets a voice — and yes, your ideas might end up on the menu or part of the guest experience. If you love the excitement of start-up culture, enjoy collaborating with down-to-earth people, and like the idea that “family meal” happens every shift, you’ll feel at home with us. We’re all about respect, genuine connections, and supporting each other to raise the bar for hospitality in Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service Staff & Receptionists

  • Greet and guide every guest with warmth, ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk in
  • Take and relay orders with accuracy and a smile — even on the busiest of days
  • Assist with seating, manage reservations, and keep the waiting area inviting
  • Be a point of information for the menu, daily specials, and any guest queries
  • Help keep service running smoothly, stepping in for teammates when needed
  • Address guest feedback with patience and professionalism, always aiming to turn moments around

Restaurant Manager

  • Lead, support, and inspire your team through the unique excitement (and occasional chaos!) of a restaurant opening
  • Develop and implement service procedures to maintain high standards, even during the lunch rush
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings to ensure everyone’s set up for success
  • Track performance metrics and jump in with coaching as needed
  • Handle operational challenges — from inventory to guest satisfaction — with a cool head and a collaborative mindset
  • Build strong relationships with both guests and teammates, setting the tone for a positive workplace culture

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Current resident of the UAE
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus!)
  • Positive attitude and ability to keep cool under pressure
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer-facing, or restaurant roles (more required for manager)
  • A service-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy making someone’s day better

For Restaurant Manager:

  • Proven experience leading a restaurant or hospitality team (opening experience a plus)
  • Problem-solving chops and a knack for motivating people
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Customer service awards, recognition, or fun stories to share
  • Passion for great food and new culinary trends

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries (Customer Service & Reception: AED2200–5000; Restaurant Manager: AED5000–8000+ DOE)
  • Be part of an opening crew — your ideas will actually shape the restaurant’s future!
  • Supportive, passionate team that treats each other like family
  • Staff meals, discounts, and paid training included
  • Opportunity to build your hospitality career in Dubai’s dynamic dining scene
  • A workplace where your effort is noticed (and celebrated!)

We know starting something new is a leap — but if you want to grow with us, share a few laughs, and make a real impact, this could be exactly your kind of place.

Please note: Our recruitment partner does charge a job application fee as part of this process.

  • Can you describe your experience handling customer feedback that wasn’t positive? What was your approach, and how did you turn the situation around?
  • Tell me about a time you had to multitask under pressure — for example, juggling multiple guest requests or managing a long waitlist. What helped you stay organized and calm?
  • For those applying to management: Share how you’d rally your team during the chaos of an opening week or a particularly hectic service.
  • What’s your method for training new team members so they not only learn the "how," but also the "why" behind great hospitality?
  • If a guest asked for a menu recommendation and you hadn’t personally tried the dish, how would you guide them?

  • Describe a time you shared an idea at work that led to a better guest experience. How did you get your team on board?

  • In your view, what makes for a genuinely supportive and fun workplace culture in hospitality?
  • We believe family meals and open feedback shape our team. How do you like to engage with coworkers before or after a shift?
  • What excites you most about working at a start-up restaurant versus an established one?
  • How would you approach helping shape the culture and “DNA” of a brand-new restaurant team?
