What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service Staff & Receptionists
- Greet and guide every guest with warmth, ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk in
- Take and relay orders with accuracy and a smile — even on the busiest of days
- Assist with seating, manage reservations, and keep the waiting area inviting
- Be a point of information for the menu, daily specials, and any guest queries
- Help keep service running smoothly, stepping in for teammates when needed
- Address guest feedback with patience and professionalism, always aiming to turn moments around
Restaurant Manager
- Lead, support, and inspire your team through the unique excitement (and occasional chaos!) of a restaurant opening
- Develop and implement service procedures to maintain high standards, even during the lunch rush
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings to ensure everyone’s set up for success
- Track performance metrics and jump in with coaching as needed
- Handle operational challenges — from inventory to guest satisfaction — with a cool head and a collaborative mindset
- Build strong relationships with both guests and teammates, setting the tone for a positive workplace culture
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Current resident of the UAE
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus!)
- Positive attitude and ability to keep cool under pressure
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer-facing, or restaurant roles (more required for manager)
- A service-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy making someone’s day better
For Restaurant Manager:
- Proven experience leading a restaurant or hospitality team (opening experience a plus)
- Problem-solving chops and a knack for motivating people
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with POS systems
