About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a team that sets the tone for unforgettable dining experiences in the heart of Dubai? We're seeking energetic, passionate hospitality professionals to join our restaurant staff at a well-known hotel in Al Rigga. Whether you thrive behind the scenes whipping up culinary masterpieces or you love greeting guests with a warm smile, this is your chance to shine and grow in Dubai’s vibrant hospitality sector. We’re hiring immediately for a range of roles — from Restaurant Manager to Barista — and we’re excited to welcome new faces to our bustling team.

About the Company

Step inside our hotel and you’ll quickly feel the pulse of Al Rigga: international guests, a genuine mix of cultures, and a restaurant team that pulls together like family. We believe every meal should feel like a special occasion, and that starts with the people who make it happen. Our leadership is hands-on, and we’re known for celebrating both big wins and small victories (we’ll never say no to a team pizza after a busy shift). We’re growing fast, and we’re proud to offer a supportive environment where your ideas — and your hard work — really matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your day-to-day could look like:

  • Restaurant Manager: Oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a new favorite dish).
  • Sweet Chef: Craft creative desserts, manage pastry prep, and bring a touch of artistry to our dessert menu.
  • Fish Chef: Handle seafood with skill, from prepping fresh catches to plating show-stopping main courses.
  • Pizza Chef: Spin, toss, and bake signature pizzas, experimenting with toppings and making sure every slice is perfection.
  • Hot Kitchen Chef: Prepare hot dishes, coordinate with other chefs, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during peak hours.
  • Waiter & Waitress: Deliver attentive service, recommend dishes, and make diners feel like honored guests.
  • Barista: Brew quality coffee, create latte art, and keep the café corner buzzing from breakfast through late-night orders.
  • Kitchen Helper: Assist chefs with prep, keep the kitchen spotless, and help wherever you’re needed most.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in your chosen role (from 1–3 years preferred, but show us your passion!)
  • A positive, can-do attitude — we value team players who pitch in and lift each other up
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Good English communication skills to connect with both team and guests
  • Currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in an international hotel or high-volume restaurant
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
  • A knack for handling busy periods with calm and humor

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2,500–6,000, based on role and experience)
  • Visa, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company
  • Diverse, welcoming team — we celebrate all cultures and backgrounds
  • Opportunities for growth, training, and promotion as we expand
  • Staff meals, supportive management, and a real sense of belonging
  • Central Al Rigga location, close to metro and city hotspots

You’ll join a workplace where your contributions are noticed, and your career can truly take off. If you’re ready to jump in, learn plenty, and help build something special, this could be your next great move.
