What You’ll Be Doing
- Use the right equipment and cleaning materials to ensure every room and public area meets our high standards of hygiene and disinfection.
- Change bedding and towels promptly, and rearrange furniture as needed to keep each space fresh and welcoming.
- Keep a sharp eye out for any damages or maintenance issues in guest rooms or public spaces, and report them so they can be fixed quickly.
- Replenish amenities (think: soaps, teas, and those extra pillows guests love) so every guest feels cared for.
- Work closely with your teammates and supervisors—sharing tips, solving little challenges, and making sure every shift runs smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper, or similar role in hospitality.
- A keen eye for detail—you notice the things others might miss.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks as needed.
- Good communication skills; you’re comfortable reporting issues and sharing updates with the team.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet and moving throughout the shift.
