What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading on-site safety initiatives, making sure our teams are equipped, informed, and supported every step of the way
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and regular safety inspections—digging deeper than checklists to spot real-world hazards
- Investigating incidents (should they occur), digging for root causes, and coaching teams on lessons learned
- Keeping our safety documentation up to date, accurate, and audit-ready—no guessing games
- Rolling out training sessions and toolbox talks that make policy practical, not just theoretical
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring our projects are always above the safety compliance bar
- Being a visible, approachable safety leader—whether you’re walking the site or chatting over coffee in the break room
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience as a Safety Manager, Engineer, or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Valid HSE certifications—NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or an equivalent recognized qualification
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and practical safety measures on UAE sites
- Hands-on skills with risk assessment, safety inspections, and incident investigation/reporting
- UAE driver’s license (so you can get where you need to be, fast)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience implementing behavioral safety programs
- Familiarity with digital safety platforms or apps
