About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Have a knack for spotting risks before they become problems? As a Safety Officer in our construction team based in the heart of Business Bay, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our sites safe and our projects on track. This is a hands-on role—perfect for those who like to be out on-site where the action is, not behind a desk all day. If you’re passionate about protecting people and making a real difference in one of the UAE’s most dynamic construction hubs, this could be your next move.
About the Company

You’ll notice right away—collaboration isn’t just a buzzword here; it’s how we work, whether we’re troubleshooting on-site or sharing a laugh over Friday lunches.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions tailored to daily site risks.
- Ensure all site workers comply with company safety policies, UAE labor laws, and industry standards.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, document findings, and share lessons learned so we can do better next time.
- Liaise with site management, engineers, and workers to maintain open lines of safety communication.
- Maintain accurate safety logs, records, and KPI tracking for all ongoing projects.
- Stay updated on new safety protocols and adapt them to our specific site needs.
- Foster a culture where safety is second nature—because we know our greatest resource is our people.
