What You’ll Be Doing
- Rolling out and monitoring site-specific safety protocols so everyone knows best practices from day one
- Conducting regular site inspections to catch risks before they become problems
- Leading toolbox talks and safety briefings that actually matter to our crews
- Keeping detailed records of incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions taken
- Working closely with site managers to adapt processes whenever project conditions change
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure total compliance with UAE health and safety laws
- Acting as the go-to resource whenever someone has a question or concern about safety
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer (preferably in construction)
- In-depth knowledge of UAE health and safety standards
- Strong observation and communication skills — you’re the kind of person who spots detail others might miss
- Comfortable preparing safety reports and documentation
- Ability to train, motivate, and influence teams to prioritize safety at all times
- Ready to join right away (immediate joiners get our attention!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- NEBOSH/OSHA or other safety certifications
- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Experience working on high-rise or large-scale construction sites
