About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the type of person who notices the little things that keep big projects running smoothly? As a Safety Officer at our busy construction company in Jebel Ali, Dubai, you’ll be at the heart of every site—making sure our teams go home safe and sound each day. You won’t just tick boxes on a checklist; you’ll champion a safety-first culture in a fast-growing corner of one of the world’s most dynamic cities. If your attention to detail is matched only by your passion for helping others stay safe, this could be the perfect spot for you.
About the Company
We’re more than helmets and high-vis vests—though we have plenty of those! Our company grew from a small family team into one of Jebel Ali’s most trusted construction partners by putting people first (clients and employees alike). From our energetic morning briefings to the post-project celebrations, we believe safety builds team spirit, not just structures. We’re hands-on, supportive, and keen to learn together—whether it’s swapping stories over chai or collaborating during our regular safety drills. Here, your insights can make a real, visible impact.
