About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to drive both the buzz and the business behind a growing company? As our new Sales and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be right at the intersection of creative campaigns and relationship-building—a blend that’s essential in today’s fast-moving markets. If you have a knack for public relations, an eye for opportunity, and love connecting great products with the people who need them, you’ll fit right in with our vibrant team.

About the Company

We’re not your average office. We believe in warm welcomes, spirited brainstorming sessions, and a culture where new ideas are more than just welcome—they’re celebrated. At our core, we value teamwork and initiative, whether you’re leading a client pitch or teaming up to pull off a last-minute event. Our marketing crew is close-knit (weekly coffee catch-ups are a tradition), and leadership is always open to fresh suggestions from every team member, whether you’ve been here a week or a decade.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with current and potential clients, becoming their trusted go-to partner.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns that don’t just “make noise,” but drive real engagement and results.
  • Creating compelling content for social media, press releases, and promotional materials—if shaping the brand voice excites you, you’re in the right place.
  • Identifying new business leads, researching market trends, and strategically approaching prospects.
  • Collaborating closely with PR, sales, and creative teams to align on messaging and maximize campaign reach.
  • Organizing and representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, then pivoting quickly to optimize for the best results.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience in public relations, marketing, or a closely related field—ideally working in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proven sales skills with a demonstrated talent for building genuine client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • A track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and meeting (or exceeding!) targets.
  • Energetic, self-motivated attitude and a growth-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (think: MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Previous experience in event planning or brand activations.
  • An existing network in local business circles or with potential clients.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, with clear pathways for growth and advancement.
  • Flexible work arrangements — hybrid/remote options let you do your best work, wherever that may be.
  • Supportive leadership and opportunities for ongoing training or certification.
  • Vibrant team culture—think regular team outings, recognition for great work, and a spirit of collaboration that makes every project more enjoyable.
  • Paid time off and a benefits package that supports your health and well-being.

We think you’ll find it’s not just a role—it’s a stage for creative energy, camaraderie, and meaningful professional growth. If you’re ready to leave your mark, let’s talk!
