About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you ready to take your finance sales skills to the next level at the heartbeat of Abu Dhabi’s business district? As a Sales & Marketing Executive with us, you'll be more than just a number-cruncher — you’ll be the driving force behind connecting clients to smarter financial solutions right on bustling Al Najda Street. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning conversations into lasting partnerships, this could be your next big career move.
About the Company
Step inside our office and you’ll find more than just high-rises and busy phones — you’ll discover a tight-knit team that believes in building trust as much as closing deals. We’re one of Abu Dhabi’s prominent financial brokers, known for pairing deep market expertise with a genuinely supportive culture. Think of us as a place where your ideas matter, Friday team breakfasts are a ritual, and even our managers roll up their sleeves when big opportunities land on the table. Growth? It’s baked into everything we do, from mentoring up-and-comers to celebrating each hard-won client.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cultivating and managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and exceeded.
- Identifying and reaching out to potential new clients — whether that’s over a coffee, a call, or a well-crafted email.
- Presenting tailored financial products and services, making complex information feel accessible and relevant.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design campaigns that actually speak to our local audience (no cookie-cutter pitches here).
- Following up diligently on leads and inquiries, turning warm prospects into loyal clients.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends — and sharing what you learn with the team.
- Attending industry events or trainings as needed, occasionally representing the company in client meetings outside the office.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in finance or sales within the UAE market (we’re looking for local know-how).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re as comfortable networking as you are negotiating.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector and its products.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach (targets excite you, not scare you).
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with CRM systems or digital marketing tools.
- Established network within the UAE finance or business community.
- A knack for adapting quickly to new products and market shifts.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
