About the Company
We’re a growing team of fragrance lovers with a deep appreciation for both classic scents and the latest trends. Our store is more than just a place to shop — it’s where customers find their signature scent, celebrate special occasions, and come back for friendly service that feels a little like family. Despite the fast pace, we make time for daily laughs (and yes, we all get a bit competitive about who can guess the most customer favorites). In short: we believe in hard work, honesty, and making the retail experience memorable for everyone who walks through our doors.

- Process sales transactions smoothly and keep the checkout area organized and welcoming.
- Maintain beautiful displays and make sure shelves are always stocked and presentable.
- Support inventory management by helping with regular stock checks and new deliveries.
- (For Sales Supervisor): Lead by example, coach team members, and handle any customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Jump in wherever needed — we’re a hands-on team and appreciate flexibility!

- 1–3 years of sales experience within the GCC region (perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail experience is a plus).
- Currently living in the UAE and ready to start immediately.
- A genuine passion for customer service, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural retail environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a team leadership role (for supervisor applicants).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary package: AED 3,000–6,000, depending on experience and role.
- Free visa sponsorship, accommodation, and medical coverage — so you can focus on what matters.
- A supportive team environment where everyone’s ideas are valued.
- Opportunities to learn about luxury fragrances and sharpen your sales skills.
