What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the friendly first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and guiding them through their property search journey.
  • Leverage your Arabic and English language skills to communicate clearly, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or by WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate property showings, appointments, and client meetings, keeping everyone organized and informed.
  • Use your sales chops to generate leads, follow up on interest, and nudge prospective buyers towards the finish line.
  • Draft and process basic paperwork, track client records, and keep digital files tidy—your attention to detail shines here.
  • Actively engage on social media (especially Instagram and WhatsApp), creating posts or stories that connect with our audience and drive interest in our listings.
  • Collaborate closely with real estate agents, marketing, and admin to ensure no detail slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Native-level or fluent Arabic speaker, with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service—real estate a plus, but not a must.
  • Confident using Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media for business outreach.
