What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with walk-in and call-in customers, understanding their needs, and confidently presenting our products and services.
- Crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms to boost our brand and drive sales.
- Following up with leads generated both in-store and online, turning interest into loyal clients.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop fresh ideas for promotions and outreach.
- Managing daily sales reports and updating CRM systems — accuracy matters here.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and sharing your insights with the team.
- Being the friendly, reliable face (and voice) of our brand, both in person and online.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in indoor sales and/or digital marketing — you know your way around both.
- Currently residing inside the UAE (all nationalities welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Confidence in interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.).
- Experience in retail or B2C environments.
- Creativity when it comes to content creation — whether it’s catchy captions or eye-grabbing visuals.
