What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging customers with a warm welcome and expert fragrance recommendations tailored to their tastes.
- Demonstrating and explaining perfume notes, brand stories, and the artistry behind each bottle.
- Handling point-of-sale transactions accurately — from ringing up purchases to managing cash and card payments.
- Maintaining a visually stunning display, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and inviting.
- For Supervisors: Leading by example, coaching the team, and helping everyone hit sales targets while keeping morale high.
- Assisting with inventory checks and receiving new stock with care.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest launches and trends in the perfume industry, so you’re always ready with a fresh recommendation.
- Ensuring every customer leaves happy, whether they buy or just browse.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of sales experience in the GCC, ideally in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A presentable, professional demeanor and genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with perfumes or luxury goods.
- Team leadership experience (for Supervisor applicants).
- An outgoing personality and natural curiosity about fragrances.
