What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

  • Engaging customers with expert recommendations and personalized service (every client is unique, and so should be their scent!)
  • Driving sales by building lasting relationships, upselling where appropriate, and keeping our store’s energy high
  • Managing inventory to ensure our displays always look their best, and that bestsellers never run out
  • Training and supporting junior staff (Sales Manager role) — think of yourself as a mentor and motivator on the floor
  • Handling customer queries in both English and Hindi, making everyone feel welcome and understood
  • Meeting daily and monthly sales targets — and celebrating wins as a team
  • Staying on top of fragrance trends so you can offer the freshest advice and stock recommendations

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods
  • Good command of English and Hindi — you’ll use both every day
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE cannot be considered)
  • A friendly, approachable manner with real enthusiasm for customer service
  • Willingness and ability to work retail hours, including weekends
  • For the Sales Manager: prior experience leading or mentoring team members

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional language skills
  • Previous experience in Downtown Dubai retail
  • Familiarity with POS systems or inventory software
