What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to new and existing customers both in the field (outdoor) and at our Barsha location (indoor), creating authentic connections
  • Showcasing our products and services—adapting your approach to fit each customer’s needs, whether you’re at a client site or in the office
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (think: social media, WhatsApp marketing, and email outreach)
  • Handling in-person product demos, presentations, and negotiations with confidence
  • Collecting and acting on customer feedback to refine pitches and digital campaigns
  • Reporting on sales leads, progress, and campaign results to the team
  • Keeping an eye on the competition—sharing any fresh ideas or market trends you spot

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in indoor/outdoor sales AND/OR digital marketing, ideally in the UAE
  • Confidence in both face-to-face and digital communication; you know how to read people, build rapport, and close deals
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools (basic content creation is a plus)
  • Good English skills—extra points if you speak another language common in Dubai’s market
  • Strong organizational habits—you don’t let details slip through the cracks
  • Ready to work flexible hours (especially during busy periods)
  • Currently residing in the UAE (we’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running)
