About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to help businesses discover game-changing tech solutions? As a Telemarketing and Field Sales Specialist with us, you’ll do exactly that — blending the art of persuasion with deep product know-how to connect our software innovations with the people who need them. Whether you’re a natural on the phone or thrive meeting clients face-to-face, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our growth story. Plus, with opportunities both inside and outside Dubai, and flexible online or in-the-field options, we’re open to where and how you work best.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team of software marketing enthusiasts — energetic, ambitious, and just a tad obsessed with finding creative ways to solve real business problems. Our roots are in Dubai, but our reach is global, and we pride ourselves on staying agile (think: fast-moving, idea-friendly, and supportive). Weekly brainstorms get lively, and sharing wins (big or small) is woven into our culture. Whether you join us in-office, remotely, or on the go, you’re greeted as part of the family — and yes, the coffee is always fresh.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Initiating calls and reaching out to prospective business clients to introduce our latest software products.
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring your pitch to highlight solutions that actually matter to them.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings or online demos — sometimes in the office, sometimes out in the field.
  • Building lasting relationships with leads and following up with care (kind persistence pays off here).
  • Collaborating closely with our marketing and tech teams to keep your product knowledge sharp and up-to-date.
  • Collecting feedback from the market and sharing insights that shape our future strategies.
  • Reporting daily activities and progress to the head of the sales team to keep everyone in sync.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Clear, confident communication skills — on the phone, over email, and face-to-face.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm for tackling targets (rejection genuinely doesn’t faze you).
  • A genuine interest in technology and software (no need to be a coder, but curiosity helps).
  • Past experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development — even better if it’s in software or digital services.
  • Self-motivation; you find ways to keep moving, even when the going gets tough.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Prior experience working with remote teams or flexible work environments.
  • A knack for creative problem solving, especially when meeting clients’ unique needs.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible: Choose between office-based, remote, or in-the-field working — whatever fits your life.
  • Supportive team culture — regular check-ins, lots of sharing ideas, and authentic recognition for your efforts.
  • Continuous learning: We invest in training and always encourage curiosity.
  • Opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding company (your career won’t stay still).
  • Open communication: Leadership listens, and everyone’s encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.

You won’t just be another salesperson here — you’ll be a crucial part of a dynamic, future-focused team where your contributions are seen and valued. Ready to help us reach new heights?

  • How do you handle follow-ups with leads who seem interested but have gone quiet? What strategies do you use to re-engage them?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Telemarketing and Field Sales Specialist in the UAE’s software sector, you should expect a salary of at least 5,000–8,000 AED per month, depending on your experience and whether the role includes commission or incentives. Similar roles, especially those blending inside and field sales with a tech focus, often offer such packages, with the potential for higher earnings based on performance. If you bring experience in software sales and strong communication skills, it’s reasonable to negotiate towards the upper end of this range.
