What You’ll Be Doing
- Stepping onto the sales floor and delivering excellent, friendly service to every shopper who walks through the door.
- For Sales Supervisors: leading your sales team, offering hands-on support, giving real-time feedback, and helping set daily goals.
- For Sales Promoters: actively engaging customers, sharing product benefits, and finding that perfect item they didn’t know they needed.
- For Merchandisers: ensuring displays are on point, shelves are stocked, and our products shine—literally and figuratively.
- For Cashiers: processing transactions quickly and accurately, always with a smile (even when things get busy!).
- Handling stock checks, inventory updates, and keeping things tidy – because we all pitch in when needed.
- Learning new promotions, store policies, and sharing feedback to help make our operations better, every day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in retail or customer service.
- For supervisor and promoter roles: experience in retail, sales, or a related field is a big plus.
- Good communication skills — English is a must, and other languages are welcome.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in shopping centres or fast-paced retail environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems (for cashiers).
- Creative eye for merchandising or visual display.
