What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading or supporting sales drives — from welcoming customers with a smile to closing the deal, you’ll be the face of great service.
- Displaying products with care and creativity, ensuring shelves and stands always look their best.
- Handling transactions efficiently and responsibly as a cashier, keeping things smooth even on busy days.
- Mentoring and motivating teammates (for supervisors) to hit targets and create a positive floor vibe.
- Demonstrating products so customers get to know the newest offers (and you get to show off your product knowledge!).
- Managing stock and inventory — making sure nothing runs out when it’s needed most.
- Listening to customer needs and resolving minor issues — because happy customers are regular customers.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- You’re currently in the UAE and ready to join on short notice.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, promotions, cash handling, or merchandising.
- A friendly, energetic personality and a people-first attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus in our diverse team.
- Eligibility and willingness to work at Marina Centre.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience supervising store or mall-based teams.
- Comfort with basic technology (POS systems, digital inventory apps).
- A knack for creative product displays or merchandising.
- Confidence in handling fast-paced or high-traffic shifts.
