About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to help someone find their signature scent? If you love connecting with people and have a nose for top-selling fragrances, this role might be just your style. We’re looking for a Sales Lady to join our vibrant team at a leading perfume shop in Al Foaah Mall, Al Ain. With a friendly work atmosphere and the chance to immerse yourself in the ever-evolving world of luxury perfumes, this could be the perfect next step in your retail journey.

About the Company

Our company has built a loyal following in the region for both classic and trending perfume collections. We’re passionate about more than just scents; our team thrives on creating memorable in-store experiences, sharing knowledge, and celebrating wins together. Think of us as a family that values authenticity, teamwork, and a good laugh between customers — Friday treat days are a bit of a tradition! If you appreciate a supportive environment where new ideas are welcomed and your colleagues know your coffee order, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers with a warm, approachable attitude — friendly service is our signature.
  • Listening and asking thoughtful questions to discover customers’ preferences (sometimes it takes a little detective work!).
  • Demonstrating and suggesting perfumes, describing the notes and stories behind each fragrance.
  • Keeping shelves looking their best — restocking as needed and ensuring displays stay inviting.
  • Handling basic point-of-sale transactions using our computer system (don’t worry, it’s user-friendly).
  • Staying on top of daily inventory tasks and supporting colleagues when things get busy.
  • Sharing feedback with the team about what customers love (or not-so-much), helping us improve.
  • And of course, always keeping the shop atmosphere upbeat and engaging.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Good English communication skills (enough to chat comfortably with a mix of customers).
  • Basic computer knowledge for sales transactions and stocking tasks.
  • Presentable appearance, with a professional attitude — our customers appreciate friendly faces.
  • Active and energetic approach — on your feet, moving, and ready to help.
  • Genuine customer-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous retail or sales experience, especially in perfumes or cosmetics.
  • Spoken Arabic skills — always a plus in a diverse mall environment.
  • A knack for remembering details (like which scents someone tried last week).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary of AED 2500 per month, with visa provided.
  • Stable, full-time role in a well-respected company.
  • Supportive team culture — from mentoring to shared victories, no one’s left behind.
  • Location right in Al Foaah Mall, Al Ain — easy access to shops, cafés, and public transport.
  • Honest recognition for hard work — we believe great effort deserves a thank you.
  • Opportunities to learn more about luxury perfumes (and sometimes try a few yourself).
  • Immediate joining for those ready to start making an impact.

If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a positive team, and don’t mind leaving work each day smelling fantastic, this could be exactly the kind of role you’ve been searching for.
