What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all aspects of our social media profiles: posting, responding, and brainstorming fresh content ideas that resonate with our audience
- Taking original photos and creating short videos to showcase our services, team spirit, and customer moments
- Coordinating bookings and appointments, ensuring our schedule runs like clockwork (your sense of order will shine here)
- Welcoming clients with a genuine smile, handling reception duties both as your regular role and when covering for colleagues on leave
- Supporting the marketing team with creative input and by sharing insights from client interactions
- Acting as a communication bridge between staff, clients, and management, keeping everyone in the loop
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a business (please share examples, if you can!)
- Solid photography and/or video skills—you enjoy capturing moments that tell a story
- Excellent organization and time management (think: you might actually enjoy color-coded spreadsheets)
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently without constant supervision
