What You’ll Be Doing
- Curate and manage our social media presence: Develop, schedule, and publish content that highlights our brand’s personality and keeps our audience engaged.
- Photography & content creation: Regularly capture and edit high-quality photos of our space, team, and work, turning everyday moments into shareable stories.
- Marketing support: Bring fresh ideas to boost visibility and reach, from brainstorming campaigns to tracking online interactions.
- Receptionist duties: Offer a warm welcome to visitors, coordinate bookings, and handle phone/email inquiries with genuine professionalism.
- Cover for reception staff during leave: Step up seamlessly when your colleagues are away—maintaining high standards and keeping operations on track.
- Independently manage your workflow: Balance priorities throughout the day, ensuring nothing gets missed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.); you know what’s trending and how to tailor content accordingly.
- Strong photography and content creation skills—comfortable with a camera and basic editing tools.
- Excellent organizational abilities; you thrive with checklists and deadlines.
- Confidence in reception duties—whether greeting guests or managing bookings.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a bonus.
Nice-to-Haves:
