What You’ll Be Doing
- Nurturing relationships with both new prospects and loyal clients—think of yourself as a growth partner, not just a salesperson
- Making outbound calls, following up on inbound leads, and fine-tuning your pitch so it always hits the mark
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute campaigns that stand out (and actually convert)
- Keeping meticulous notes, updating our CRM, and sharing your market insights during weekly team huddles
- Meeting, and often exceeding, your sales or campaign targets—your success is our win
- Bringing energy to the office, feeding off the team buzz, and always pushing for that next big win
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently living in the UAE and ready to join right away
- Confidence in both written and spoken English (other languages are a definite plus!)
- A hunger for targets with a friendly, approachable manner
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing (you know your way around a call script)
- Positive attitude and resilience—even when the going gets tough
- Good organizational skills—you’ll be juggling lots of conversations and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with CRM software
- A knack for social media or digital marketing
- Experience in a recruitment or fast-paced sales environment
- Any additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
