About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to guide someone toward their dream home — or help an investor make the leap on an exciting new project? As a Real Estate Broker on our Sales (Offplan Projects) team in Al Nahda, you’ll find out firsthand. It’s a dynamic role in one of Dubai’s most energetic neighborhoods, and you’ll be surrounded by people who share your drive for personal connections and property expertise. If you’re passionate about offplan opportunities and thrive on seeing your efforts directly shape your team’s success, this could be your next big move.
About the Company
Picture a close-knit team that’s ambitious but grounded, growing fast but never losing sight of why we do what we do. We’re not your average corporate — think crisp collared shirts, yes, but also open-door brainstorms and a bit of friendly competition when it comes to who brings in the best local lunch. Our branch in Al Nahda is known for its down-to-earth approach: we believe that sharp skills plus genuine relationships are what move the Dubai property market forward. Whether it’s a quick laugh over morning coffee or sharing insights from the latest offplan launch, we’ve built a place where close collaboration and trust really matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing lasting client relationships — you’re a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
- Guiding buyers and investors through all stages of the offplan sales cycle, from first inquiry to closing — no day is quite the same.
- Creating and executing marketing plans: think social media campaigns, open houses, and exclusive preview events for new projects.
- Staying on top of market trends and new developments in the UAE real estate sector, so your advice is sharp and up-to-date.
- Negotiating deals with transparency and integrity, always putting the client’s best interest first.
- Collaborating closely with team members — sharing leads, insights, and (sometimes) a few good-natured debates about the best offplan investment right now.
