What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting, engaging, and assisting customers from all over the world with genuine enthusiasm.
- Demonstrating and recommending our exclusive range of perfumes, helping each guest find their signature scent.
- Executing marketing and promotional activities within the store — from setting up beautiful displays to organizing mini-events.
- Building lasting relationships with shoppers, encouraging repeat visits, and collecting feedback.
- Meeting and aiming to exceed monthly sales targets (commission is up for grabs!).
- Collaborating with your teammates to keep the store sparkling and operations running smoothly.
- Tracking sales trends and sharing insights to help us all get better, together.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or marketing — ideally in perfumes or beauty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable chatting with anyone!
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
- A customer-first attitude, with drive to hit and surpass targets.
- Willingness to work flexible hours — weekends and holidays are prime mall time.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in perfumes or luxury retail.
- Multilingual abilities — Dubai welcomes the world, and so do we.
