About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who thrives on connecting with people and turning possibilities into success stories? As a Sales Executive in our Abu Dhabi office on Al Salam Street, you'll be right at the heart of a city pulsing with opportunity. We’re looking for an energetic professional who knows their way around personal loans and is eager to make a real impact — both for clients and for the team. If you love the thrill of meeting your monthly targets and the satisfaction of building genuine client relationships, this role could be your next big move.

About the Company

We’re more than just a financial brokerage — think of us as matchmakers between people’s ambitions and the lending solutions that help them get there. Our Abu Dhabi branch is lively but focused, where everyone celebrates wins, big or small (yes, cake is sometimes involved on Fridays). We're a tight-knit, forward-looking team that values honesty, hustle, and the simple joy of helping clients feel heard and supported. Here, ideas are welcome, and personal growth is more than a buzzword; it's woven into everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively sourcing and identifying new clients looking for personal loan solutions — sometimes in unexpected places.
  • Presenting and explaining a range of financing products, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique needs.
  • Building trust by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing clear, honest information.
  • Using your powers of persuasion to present convincing offers and close deals — without ever sounding pushy.
  • Meeting and striving to exceed monthly sales targets (we’re big on celebrating milestones).
  • Developing and maintaining a robust network of clients and industry contacts to generate ongoing referrals.
  • Keeping detailed records of client interactions and feedback, always on the lookout for ways to improve.
  • Working closely with team members to share insights and keep everyone inspired.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in personal loan sales (a must — you know the lay of the land).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt your style for each client.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Comfort using basic CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Ready to work in Abu Dhabi, Al Salam Street.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • An existing network in the UAE financial sector.
  • Additional languages always welcome!
  • A knack for creative problem-solving.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission — your ambition sets your ceiling.
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture — think open-door policy and regular feedback.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Modern office in a central Abu Dhabi location, with easy access to everything.
  • Regular team socials and monthly performance celebrations.
  • Opportunities for advancement as we continue our rapid growth.

This is a place where your energy and achievements won’t go unnoticed. If you’re ready to shape your own career story while supporting others, this could be the perfect fit.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Sales Executive specializing in personal loans in Abu Dhabi, you should expect a salary of at least 4,000–6,000 AED per month as a base, with the potential to earn significantly more through commissions. Similar roles in the UAE financial services sector typically offer this range, especially for candidates with relevant experience and strong sales skills. Be sure to confirm whether commissions are structured on top of the base salary, as successful sales professionals often supplement their income substantially in this field.
