About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what your career could look like at the heart of Abu Dhabi’s thriving real estate scene? We’re searching for dedicated professionals to join our team in Al Dana across a range of pivotal roles, from Senior Property Consultant to Compliance Sales Executive—even Office Admins with real estate chops. Whether you’ve mastered off-plan and secondary sales, excel at leasing, or bring sharp compliance expertise, this is your chance to make your mark in one of the Gulf’s most dynamic markets. And if you’re a natural sales pro from outside real estate (and you’ve got the kind of presence people notice, online and off), you’ll fit right in here.
About the Company
We’re not your cookie-cutter agency. Our team thrives in an open, entrepreneurial atmosphere—think collaboration over competition, and support that doesn’t stop at closing time. You’ll find a culture where knowledge-sharing is second nature; Friday wins get celebrated (sometimes with cake), and personal growth is as important as business growth. Our headquarters in Al Dana isn’t just a workspace, it’s a buzzing hub where new ideas are welcomed and every teammate shapes our success story.
What You’ll Be Doing
(Role responsibilities will vary by position, but here’s a taste of what you might tackle with us):
- Building and managing a solid pipeline of clients seeking off-plan and secondary properties, plus the occasional luxury rental
- Guiding customers smoothly through property viewings, negotiations, and the maze of paperwork (no one said buying a home was easy… that’s why they need you)
- Developing and executing engaging sales strategies tailored to the rapidly evolving Abu Dhabi market
- Actively leveraging your social presence—think LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok—to attract clients, showcase listings, and build our (and your) brand
- For Office Admins: juggling everything from CRM updates to coordinating with agents and clients—yes, organization is your superpower
- Navigating compliance processes with precision, especially if CAMS-certified, and staying ahead of UAE real estate regulations
- Staying current on competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities (no blinkers worn here)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year of real estate experience (or sales experience in another fast-paced industry if you’re a confident relationship-builder)
- A personable, proactive approach—clients should feel heard, not herded
- Strong communication skills in English; bonus points for Arabic or other languages
- Comfort with social media and digital marketing (posting, messaging, building an audience—it’s second nature)
- For Compliance Sales Executive: CAMS certification and hands-on UAE compliance experience
Nice-to-Haves
- Local Abu Dhabi market knowledge, or a personal network you’re eager to activate
- CRM and/or real estate software fluency
- Real estate admin experience, if you’re eyeing the Office Admin seat
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, uncapped commission structures to reward your hustle
- Performance incentives—monthly, quarterly, and the occasional spontaneous surprise
- Supportive team culture with mentorship, training, and a manager who actually remembers your birthday
- Flexible, hybrid setup once you’re up to speed (because life happens)
- Access to premium listings and exclusive property portfolios
- Casual Fridays, as well as the occasional breakfast spread—real estate runs on caffeine and camaraderie
- Real career development: promotions and new projects for those who step up
No two days look exactly alike here. If you’re ready for a people-first team with genuine opportunity in every interaction, we think you’ll find your stride with us.
