About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what your career could look like if limitless earnings were truly in your hands? As a Field Sales Marketer at our bustling Blocks & Interlock Factory in Al Ain Industrial Area, you'll be right at the center of the region’s construction boom—connecting clients with the materials they need and reaping the rewards of every deal you close. This is a results-driven, commission-only position that favors ambition and hustle; your determination sets your earning ceiling. If you thrive on challenge and love the thrill of a fast-paced selling environment, this might be your opportunity to turn effort directly into income.
About the Company
Nestled in the heart of Al Ain’s industrial district, our factory supplies the blocks and interlocks that literally build the city. We’ve grown from a modest supplier to a recognized name trusted by contractors, developers, and local businesses alike—not just for our products, but for our practical, on-the-ground know-how. Our team is a close-knit crew who celebrate every big win (and occasionally share a meal after a long day out in the field). Here, persistence and people skills are valued just as much as sales talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with new and existing clients—think construction sites, building contractors, and project managers across the Al Ain area.
- Cold calling, networking, and knocking on doors to introduce our interlock solutions and block products.
- Demonstrating technical know-how to answer customer queries and provide on-site product guidance where needed.
- Tracking leads, following up on quotes, and going the extra mile to close deals that benefit both our clients and your commission.
- Reporting daily sales activities, feedback, and market trends to the management team—your input helps shape our future offers.
- Aggressively pursuing sales targets with the understanding that high performance opens the door to a possible permanent spot on the team.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or customer-facing roles—construction or building materials preferred.
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly and nurture lasting business relationships.
- Self-motivation: you don’t wait for instructions—you look for doors to open (figuratively and literally).
- Willingness to work on a 100% commission basis (Target + Commission) with no fixed salary.
- Resilience: you bounce back from tough days with new strategies for tomorrow.
- Valid UAE driving license and readiness to travel around Al Ain Industrial Area daily.
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior knowledge of blocks, interlocks, or construction materials.
- Existing client base or industry contacts in the Al Ain region.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Uncapped earning potential—commission starts at 6% and can go higher, based on your performance.
- Simple formula: the more you sell, the more you take home (with real numbers, not empty promises).
- Hard work is noticed. Top marketers may be offered permanent roles, including fixed salary plus benefits in the future.
- Flexible working hours and autonomy in planning your sales rounds—no micromanaging here.
- Supportive team culture—whether it’s market insight or a quick pep talk, colleagues have your back.
- Kickstart (or supercharge) your career in one of the UAE’s essential industries.
Here, your ambition isn’t just encouraged—it’s rewarded. If you’re looking for a sales gig where your effort translates directly into income (and future opportunities), we might just be the right fit for you.
