About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself steering both the wheels of a vehicle and the pulse of a sales team? As a Driver Cum Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi, you’ll be the friendly face on the road, connecting with customers and helping them discover the best in telecom services. If you like the idea of skipping the desk job (and the cubicle drama), and instead making an impact out in the real world, this could be your next move. Curious about building a career where every day brings a new route, a new customer, a new deal? Let’s talk roadmaps—both literal and career-based.
About the Company
We’re not just another telecom distributor—think of us as a team with hustle and heart, always looking for ways to make connectivity simpler for Abu Dhabi’s diverse communities. While our office (tucked in lively MBZ City) fuels the behind-the-scenes operations, our real work happens out on the streets, one handshake and happy customer at a time. We value people who show up, adapt, and bring a bit of their own personality to the job—our best drivers and sales execs have a knack for both directions and great conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving to various assigned locations across Abu Dhabi—sometimes to familiar clients, sometimes exploring new leads
- Showcasing and selling telecom products and services in person; you’re part demonstrator, part problem-solver
- Generating and following up on leads: from a cold hello to a satisfied handshake on a new sale
- Building quick trust and rapport with potential customers (your smile is part of the pitch!)
- Handling daily field activities, including sales paperwork and basic reporting, with minimal fuss
- Acting as our “eyes and ears” on the street—sharing feedback from customers and spotting opportunities for growth
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for the role)
- Previous driving experience—navigating Abu Dhabi’s streets with confidence
- Communication skills in English; Urdu or Arabic are strong bonuses
- A genuine knack for sales—enjoy chatting with people, learning their needs, and closing deals
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude; you thrive when given a goal and the trust to achieve it
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in field sales or with telecom products isn’t mandatory, but will earn you bonus points
- Basic tech-savviness—comfortable using a tablet or mobile for sales apps
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 2500, plus an attractive commission structure that rewards real results
- Company-provided visa, so you’re set from day one
- Every day is different—explore new neighborhoods, meet new people, and avoid office monotony
- Supportive, friendly team culture; nobody’s left navigating alone
- Real career growth: prove yourself in the field, and doors open wide here
- Flexible start dates and supportive onboarding to help you get settled quickly
If you’re someone who likes variety in your day, values autonomy, and thrives on meeting targets (while meeting new faces), then you’ll fit right in. There’s no better way to blend the open road with open-ended earning potential!
