About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself steering real-time digital campaigns for brands that actually make a splash in the UAE market? As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll have a hands-on role shaping campaigns across the entire spectrum—from captivating Instagram Stories to Google Ads that genuinely convert. If you’re excited by the rhythm of campaign cycles and relish turning data into creative storytelling, this could be your next home base.
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing team rooted in Abu Dhabi, with clients ranging from homegrown startups to well-known regional brands. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do; our brainstorming sessions often turn into workshops (and, occasionally, spontaneous coffee runs courtesy of the junior designer). We care deeply about staying ahead of digital trends but never lose sight of what matters most—authentic engagement and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. Fridays are for sharing wins and learning from campaigns that didn’t go as planned—everybody’s voice matters here.

- Collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and the wider marketing team to keep everything on-brand and on-target
- Managing the day-to-day running of assigned social media accounts, responding to DMs, comments, and keeping things lively
- Keeping tabs on new trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates—then helping us adapt and try bold new tactics
