About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself steering real-time digital campaigns for brands that actually make a splash in the UAE market? As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll have a hands-on role shaping campaigns across the entire spectrum—from captivating Instagram Stories to Google Ads that genuinely convert. If you’re excited by the rhythm of campaign cycles and relish turning data into creative storytelling, this could be your next home base.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing team rooted in Abu Dhabi, with clients ranging from homegrown startups to well-known regional brands. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do; our brainstorming sessions often turn into workshops (and, occasionally, spontaneous coffee runs courtesy of the junior designer). We care deeply about staying ahead of digital trends but never lose sight of what matters most—authentic engagement and a supportive, down-to-earth culture. Fridays are for sharing wins and learning from campaigns that didn’t go as planned—everybody’s voice matters here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end paid ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and Snapchat—including planning, execution, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Analyzing ad performance metrics, spotting patterns, and delivering honest insights (not just shiny numbers)
  • Creating engaging ad content—think eye-catching images, snappy video reels, and captions that stop the scroll
  • Collaborating closely with content creators, designers, and the wider marketing team to keep everything on-brand and on-target
  • Managing the day-to-day running of assigned social media accounts, responding to DMs, comments, and keeping things lively
  • Keeping tabs on new trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates—then helping us adapt and try bold new tactics

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on at least two of: Instagram, Facebook, Google, or Snapchat
  • Strong skills in campaign performance analysis and reporting (Google Analytics or similar tools a big plus)
  • Ability to craft digital content—both static and video—that resonates with different audience segments
  • Solid English communication skills; Arabic is a welcome bonus
  • UAE residency status (preferred, not required—show us your work and we’ll chat!)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, or lookalike audience strategies
  • Familiarity with content calendars and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Creative portfolio or examples of previous ads/campaigns (we love seeing your best work)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 2500-5000/mo, depending on your experience)
  • Opportunities for flexible scheduling or occasional remote work—your results matter more than your clock-in time
  • Creative freedom—pitch your ideas, experiment, and see the direct impact of your work on campaign performance
  • Supportive, tight-knit team with a genuine appetite for learning and teaching
  • Regular workshops and access to training platforms (if there’s a digital tool you’re itching to master, we’ll help you get there)
  • Laid-back company culture—no dress codes or endless layers of approvals; just bring your A-game

Here, your digital marketing skills won’t get lost in a dusty strategy document. You’ll have space to own your campaigns—and the encouragement to keep growing, too.
