What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greet and assist customers as they browse our showroom, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
- Share your knowledge about traditional UAE attire and advise customers on styles and accessories
- Proactively introduce new collections and best-sellers to encourage sales
- Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with attention to accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor stock levels, notify management of any needs, and help with inventory updates
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and ready for our valued guests
- Occasionally support in visual merchandising and product displays for special occasions or launches
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a similar sales environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude — especially with local and visiting clientele
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer skills for sales and reporting (e.g., MS Excel or POS systems)
