About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about turning your knack for great conversations and your eye for opportunity into a rewarding career? Here’s your chance. An established company right here in Ajman is on the lookout for a capable Salesman to join their growing team. If you enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor work, and you thrive when every day’s a little different, this could be your next move. Whether you’re helping customers in-store or reaching out and building new connections, your drive and local know-how can really make a difference.
About the Company
This isn’t just another name in Ajman’s bustling market scene. Our team is tight-knit, supportive, and never afraid to try something new — from rolling out the latest product lines to finding fresh ways to connect with the community. Here, everyone’s input matters (yes, even the new person’s), and success is always shared. You’ll notice it in the morning catch-ups and the lighthearted banter over lunch. There’s energy and ambition here, but also a few jokes about last month’s “creative” sales contest.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome walk-in and returning customers, helping them find what fits their needs
- Share knowledgeable advice about products, promotions, and company services — with a genuine smile
- Balance time between in-store duties and attending to customers or leads out in the field
- Use social media channels to highlight current offers and answer product queries
- Consistently aim to meet (and hopefully exceed) monthly sales targets
- Gather and share customer feedback with the team to keep improving our approach
- Keep records of sales and follow up thoughtfully — not just with a script

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary, starting from AED 2,500 to AED 4,000, plus commission (because your hustle deserves real rewards)
- Opportunities to grow your career as the business expands — we aim to promote from within
- Supportive teammates who genuinely cheer each other on
