Ever wondered what it feels like to connect with people from all walks of life while building a rewarding sales career right in the heart of Dubai? Our team in Deira City is looking for driven Indoor/Outdoor Sales & Call Center Agents who thrive on conversation, challenge, and the energy of a bustling city. If you’ve already got a year’s experience navigating the UAE’s vibrant market, this could be your next big step — all nationalities welcome, as long as you’re currently in the Emirates.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing recruitment firm based in Deira City, where ambition meets opportunity. Our workspace is lively and diverse — think multilingual chatter, shared lunches, and the kind of team spirit you remember long after the workday ends. We believe hard work deserves recognition, so we celebrate wins both big and small, and we always keep the door open for fresh ideas. (A little secret: our annual team outings are legendary.)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with potential customers both indoors (call center) and outdoors (field sales) — every day brings new faces and fresh conversations.
  • Making outbound calls to introduce and promote our services, turning cold leads into loyal clients.
  • Listening (really listening) to customer needs, and offering the best solutions for them.
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets — with plenty of support along the way.
  • Keeping detailed records of calls, leads, and sales activities (your organization skills will shine here).
  • Collaborating with teammates to brainstorm strategies and share what’s working.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 1 year of work experience in the UAE — you know your way around the market and its customers.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude, even on busy days.
  • Willingness to work both in the office and out in the field.
  • Currently residing inside the UAE.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
  • A natural talent for building rapport and closing deals.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 3,000–4,000 monthly.
  • Free company-sponsored visa.
  • Shared accommodation provided.
  • Paid annual vacation — time to recharge matters.
  • A multicultural team that feels like family, with plenty of support and good humor.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as the company expands.
  • Prime Deira City location — easy to reach, always buzzing.

We’re committed to helping you build a fulfilling career while enjoying the journey. If you’re ready to dive in, we can’t wait to meet you.
