What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialty and role, you’ll jump into a range of impactful activities, including:
- Building relationships — from connecting with new leads to nurturing long-term clients. Some days, it’s an in-person meeting; others, a quick WhatsApp or video call.
- Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and meeting (or exceeding) targets set for your line of business.
- Developing creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (including digital and social), keeping our messaging fresh, targeted, and relevant.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, strategize, and roll out new initiatives in sync.
- Tracking and analyzing performance data to inform next moves and adjust tactics when needed.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls (for telesales roles), qualifying leads, and closing deals with professionalism and energy.
- Coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, prompt response times, and a great customer journey.
- Contributing to regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions — your ideas won’t just be welcomed, they’ll be expected.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A real drive to achieve and exceed targets — you hate the idea of standing still.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, whether you’re meeting face-to-face or picking up the phone.
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role (even if it’s just a solid internship).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
- Good command of English (Arabic or other languages are a plus for certain roles).
