What You’ll Be Doing
- Sparking genuine conversations with both new and returning customers to understand their needs.
- Presenting products and services with confidence and authenticity — whether face-to-face, over the phone, or online.
- Following up on leads, maintaining strong relationships, and keeping the sales pipeline healthy with regular check-ins.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on campaign ideas, digital promotions, and creative outreach.
- Tracking campaign performance — analyzing what clicks with customers and sharing feedback with the team.
- Supporting the team with sales coordination, scheduling, and reporting so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Taking initiative by researching new market trends and competitor activity — bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Jumping in on telesales campaigns when needed, blending persistence with professionalism.
What You’ll Bring
