What You’ll Be Doing
- Making meaningful connections with customers to understand their banking needs and recommend personal loans or credit card products that fit.
- Following up with prospects via calls, emails, and sometimes face-to-face meetings—no two days are exactly the same.
- Keeping on top of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and feeling the thrill of hitting (or even smashing) them.
- Working closely with your team and manager, sharing tips, encouragement, and celebrating wins—big and small.
- Picking up new product features and industry trends so you can confidently answer questions and provide trustworthy guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback—organization pays off, especially when you see your own progress.
