What You’ll Be Doing
- Indoor/Outdoor Sales:
- Meeting clients face-to-face to showcase our latest listings and projects.
- Building and nurturing relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Coordinating viewings, negotiations, and full-circle deal closing.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of market activity to spot new opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Running creative social media campaigns and online advertisements.
- Collaborating with the team to craft persuasive property listings and email blasts.
- Tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies for maximum reach.
- Call Center Agent:
- Fielding inbound and outbound calls with potential clients — think of yourself as our first impression.
- Accurately logging leads and updating our CRM in real-time.
- Providing clear, helpful information and following up with genuine care.
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or call center roles (real estate is a plus but not mandatory).
- Confidence in communication — you know how to spark a real conversation, in-person or over the phone.
- You’re already inside the UAE and ready to join us quickly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital tools.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with Dubai real estate or related industries.
