About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever picture yourself making a real mark in the UAE’s competitive timber market? We’re on the lookout for a Wood Sales & Marketing Specialist who’s ready to leverage their industry insider connections and take our growth to the next level. If you thrive on building relationships with carpentry shops and factories — and live for that rush of closing a deal that just makes sense — this might be your perfect next move.

About the Company

We’re a dynamic player in the region’s wood and timber industry, blending decades-old expertise with a modern approach to sales and client service. Our team moves fast, loves a good challenge, and values people with ideas — not just titles. While we take our craft seriously, you’ll find plenty of genuine camaraderie here; it’s not rare for client wins to turn into Friday team lunches or for solution brainstorms to run over into coffee breaks. In short, growth and teamwork are in our DNA, and everyone’s voice matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cultivating and expanding sales relationships with carpentry companies and factories across the UAE
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for timber and engineered wood products
  • Negotiating contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships, not just one-off sales
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with local market needs
  • Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to spot untapped niches
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
  • Representing the company at relevant industry events, site visits, and client meetings
  • Providing insightful feedback from clients to help shape new offerings or tailor current ones

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Proven track record and established network within the UAE carpentry and wood manufacturing sectors
    • Experience in selling timber or wood products — you know your MDF from your hardwoods
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with full professional fluency in English
    • Valid UAE trade license
    • Genuine enthusiasm for driving business growth and building trusted relationships
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Marketing know-how or experience running local campaigns
    • Additional language skills (Arabic is a plus)
    • Analytical mindset to spot trends and recommend new sales angles

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive fixed salary to give you security and peace of mind
  • Uncapped commission — your hustle directly impacts your earnings
  • Long-term role with real growth prospects as our business expands
  • Opportunity to make an immediate, visible impact in a lean team
  • Supportive, entrepreneurial team culture where your ideas get noticed
  • Flexible working: mix of office, field, and remote possibilities depending on the week

If you’re ready to bring your industry know-how and make waves in the UAE wood market, you’ll find yourself in great company here. Your career growth starts with your next conversation — and that could be with us.
