About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about what it takes to help businesses and individuals navigate government transactions smoothly? Here’s your chance to be that trusted guide! Golden Reliance for Government Transactions Clearing is on the lookout for Sales Representatives (both male and female) who thrive in interpersonal roles and enjoy the art of building genuine client relationships. If you’re eager to expand your career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment right here in Ajman, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.

About Golden Reliance

Golden Reliance isn’t just another transactions clearing company. We’re Ajman’s go-to experts when it comes to making sense of paperwork, approvals, and government requirements. Our team prides itself on problem-solving, attention to detail, and — above all else — making our clients’ lives easier. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie here: Friday team breakfasts and impromptu celebration lunches are all part of our routine. We believe in professionalism without pretense, and a workplace where growth feels as natural as your morning coffee.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with potential clients to present our services — sometimes over the phone, sometimes face to face
  • Listening carefully to understand each client’s needs and pain points
  • Guiding clients through our government transactions clearing process in a way that feels straightforward and stress-free
  • Keeping detailed records of your interactions (our CRM is friendly — promise)
  • Collaborating with the team to brainstorm ways to make our sales approach even better
  • Attending regular sales meetings (with plenty of room for your ideas and feedback)
  • Following up with existing clients to ensure they’re satisfied and seeing what more we can do for them
  • Staying up-to-date with local government processes, so you’re always in-the-know

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Clear, confident communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • A knack for building rapport with a diverse clientele
  • Presentable, professional attitude — you’ll be the face of Golden Reliance
  • Comfortable with technology (email, basic CRMs, WhatsApp)
  • A drive to meet targets, but with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Willingness to work from our Ajman office in Rashidiya 1 – Horizon

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or government-related environments
  • Familiarity with UAE government transactions (think: trade licenses, visa processing, etc.)
  • Your own ideas for how we could make the sales experience smoother for everyone

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, consistently paid salary plus performance incentives
  • Supportive team environment — everyone’s got your back, no matter how busy it gets
  • Real opportunities to learn about government processes (a surprisingly useful skill set!)
  • Onsite role in a convenient central Ajman location; easy to reach by public transport or car
  • Fresh coffee, welcoming offices, and those casual “how was your weekend?” chats that make work feel less like work
  • Recognition for your successes — and real career-growth based on results

We know that people do their best work when they’re supported, respected, and given room to shine. At Golden Reliance, your contribution will help shape the way our clients experience government services — and you’ll build a meaningful career along the way.
