About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined being at the center of all the action in one of Dubai’s most vibrant shopping hubs? If you thrive in the buzz of retail and enjoy helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for, this could be your next big move. We’re ramping up our team at City Centre MARINA in Dubai, hiring urgently for multiple sales positions — Sales Supervisor, Sales Promoter, Merchandiser, and Cashier. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or looking for the next step up, there’s an opportunity to shine (and earn) here.
About the Company
At our core, we’re a fast-growing retail group that believes shopping should be an experience — not just a transaction. Our multicultural team is a mix of seasoned leaders and fresh faces, all hustling together in the heart of MARINA’s dynamic shopping scene. Fridays mean team lunches, a little friendly sales competition, and plenty of laughs in the break room. Most importantly, we’re united by a shared passion for great customer service and supporting each other’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sales Supervisor: Lead and inspire your team to meet (and beat) sales targets, oversee floor operations, and ensure every customer gets the VIP treatment.
- Sales Promoter: Engage shoppers with product demos, answer questions, and turn interest into happy customers — your energy is contagious.
- Merchandiser: Keep displays looking sharp and on-brand, coordinate with the sales team for promotions, and ensure stock is always where it needs to be.
- Cashier: Handle transactions with accuracy and a smile, keep lines moving smoothly, and help customers end their visit on a high note.
- Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand during busy hours — because that’s how we all win.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (for supervisors and promoters, experience in a shopping center is a plus!)
- Friendly attitude and strong communication skills — Arabic or additional languages are a bonus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (hey, it’s retail life)
- Currently residing inside the UAE and available for immediate start
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic tech skills
- Experience in visual merchandising or cashier roles
- High energy and a knack for solving customer challenges
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
