What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong connections with leads — whether in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels
- Handling inbound and outbound telesales calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns (think: social media posts, quick email blasts, and creative ideas that grab attention)
- Updating client information, tracking responses, and keeping our CRM system tidy and accurate
- Pitching our services with confidence, persistence, and a genuine desire to help candidates find the right fit
- Sharing your ideas for improving sales or marketing — we’ll actually listen
- Jumping in wherever needed (sometimes the unexpected is what helps the whole team shine)
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- You’re currently living in the UAE and ready to start right away
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, or customer service — experience is a bonus, not a requirement
- Friendly spoken and written English (other languages? Even better)
- Comfort talking on the phone and engaging new people
- Willingness to learn and try new things quickly
- Drive, positivity, and the ability to work (and laugh) as part of a close-knit team
Nice-to-Haves
- Any prior experience in sales, telesales, or digital marketing
