What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers to our kiosks with warmth and genuine enthusiasm
- Sharing product knowledge and offering tastings to help customers find their favorites
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keeping the kiosk looking inviting, clean, and well-stocked throughout your shift
- Building lasting customer relationships — people remember your smile
- Monitoring inventory and alerting the team when stock runs low
- Staying up-to-date on promotions and new products so you can answer questions with confidence
- Providing feedback to management to help us improve the kiosk experience
What You’ll Bring
- Sales experience, ideally in kiosk or cooperative retail environments
- A presentable, professional appearance and a natural ability to connect with people
- Strong communication skills — you make customers feel right at home
- Good command of English (Arabic is a bonus, but not required)
- Valid residency (visa) in the UAE and transferable sponsorship
